MY BIRTHDAY(11september 2006)
YESTERDAY WAS GREAT! DIFFERENT FROM EVERY OTHER DAY IN THE YEAR 2006,BECAUSE IT WAS MY BIRTHDAY,AND A DAY WHICH SERVED AS AN EYE OPENER TO THE WORLD AT LARGE, AS REGARDS THE HAZARDS OF EVERY ACT WHICH ENCOURAGES OR SUPPORT TERRORISM,CONFLICTS AND CRISIS,WARS ETC.I THINK WE ARE ONE PEOPLE IRRESPECTIVE OF COLOUR,POSSITION,TRIBE,TRADITION AND RELIGION.STOP THE WAR!!!

As you added another year, how many have died?? A birthday is truelly a day to eat and drink in awe and amazement. To laugh and smile in friendship, to reflect on the past and give thanks to the Almighty for having spared us to witness the addition of another 365 days to our lives. As we do all these things in happinness, do we care to reflect on the happenings just arround us and ACT in whatever little way we can to reduce them? Yes, as we are opportuned to add another prestigious year, same day 3,000 children have died of malaria or related ailment, 200million Africans go hungry everyday and about 60% of them are children and about 16000 of those children die everyday due to hunger. More? 9500 people contact HIV each day and 6500 die of AIDS...let me not mention the issue of wars for you have mentioned it. While all this is happening, should we then be celebrating our birthdays winning and dinning or should we be lamenting the state of affairs? I believe a little act to reduce this trend, no matter how irrelevant it may seem would go a long way in making the situation better. SPEND JUST 5 MINUTES OF YOUR TIME ON YOUR BIRTHDAY IN AN EFFORT TO MAKE POVERTY, DISEASE IN AFRICA HISTORY!!!

hi dele happy birthday dele! nice to share birthday month with you i had mine since 2nd i hope u had fun its a period to renew friendship and thnik about the future.Once again, Happy Birthday and hope you have fun and achieve all that life has to offer
